About Skye Streppa

Skye Streppa is an Asheville native with over 18 years of real estate experience. Skye received his degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned his real estate license in 2004. His local knowledge of the area and personal relationships within the local community has led to over $200 million in career real estate sales.

Skye has managed and led successful real estate teams during his 18+ year career and brokered deals that include residential sales, multifamily deals, commercial buildings and large residential developments.

Skye has forged long-standing working relationships with local lenders, appraisers, residential & commercial builders, developers, subcontractors such as electricians & plumbers, home inspectors, local real estate attorneys, engineers and more. All of which helps lead to an educated and more seamless transaction for his clients. His experience has equipped him to handle the most difficult real estate transactions, as well as perfecting the art of negotiations for his clients.

In addition to his real estate license, Skye also has his broker in charge license. He has written curriculum and taught classes for new and experienced agents. He has mentored many agents on their journey to become successful in their real estate careers. Skye also owns several multifamily properties in the Asheville area as well as other investment properties.

Skye currently lives in north Asheville with his 11 year old son and enjoys playing golf, soccer, fishing, and taking his dog Charlie on runs. His greatest enjoyment, however, is watching his son play competitive soccer on the weekends.
